A Prophet without Honour
Jesus’ home town was Nazareth. The healing
campaign so far had taken place in Capernaum or on the shore villages of Lake
Galilee. He was back with his own family and their friends and the whole
atmosphere was sceptical and discouraging. It did not stop him from trying but
he could only do a few miracles.
How do you deal with rejection when you meet
it from those who know you?
Why do think they are sceptical and discouraging?
